Safety First - 95% Carded Workforce

It is Forster policy that everyone who accesses site must hold an appropriate CSCS card. This challenging project began in 2007 and Forster now have in excess of 90 CSCS cards spread throughout the business. Sitting currently at 95% with only new starts to card, Forster are celebrating the achievement of this key milestone.
Forster recognise that obtaining a CSCS card is one of the steps to changing and improving the Health and Safety culture on sites. Never a company to stand still Forster are now focusing attention to the up-skilling of trades to meet their next target; a fully qualified workforce by 2010.
