From the very early years of Forster we took a clear stand on Health & Safety. It comes first.
We have a robust safety culture where we understand the behavioural issues that effect employee attitude towards Health & Safety. Our commitment is very clearly from the top down. This is reflected in our Chairman John Forster’s standing as current Chairman of the Scottish House Builders Health & Safety Forum.
We invest annually in extensive training for our employees. Reinforcement of that training continues throughout the year wherever a Forster employee can be found.
We promote healthy working lives both on site and in our offices.
We have an excellent record in a high risk industry. Our target is zero accidents.
