Construction

Our contracts team covers the length and breadth of Scotland, managing our sites, co-ordinating our roof Tilers and Slaters, and their equipment and materials.  The key roles within the team include Construction Director, Regional Construction Manager, Contracts Managers & Supervisors, and a dedicated Customer Care team.  The backbone of our business is without doubt our roof Tilers and Slaters who vary from SVQ qualified and time-served operatives, to trainee operatives and formal apprentices.

Commercial

‘Fast paced’ may help to describe the speed at which our commercial team work, winning new contracts every day means there is no end to the variety a role within our commercial department can bring.  Within the department we have an extensive range of roles from Commercial Director, various grades of Quantity Surveyors, Purchasing Manager and trainee and Marketing Specialist.

Finance

From financial controls to management accounts and payroll, the finance team each work with specific parts of the business to manage and develop the financial performance of Forster.  Roles within the finance team include Finance Director, Part Qualified Accountant and Accounts Assistants and Payroll.

Human Resources

The Human Resources department supports the business through its people. They are proactive in recruitment, training and development, and managing our policies & procedures to meet business needs. Working closely with managers and staff; constantly seeking fresh opportunities for business improvement, no matter what the challenges are. Key roles within Human Resources include HR Director, HR Manager and HR Officer.
