"I joined Forster in 2003, having always been in the roofing sector I was attracted to Forster because it was a reputable, successful company known for its quality of workmanship and also for looking after its people.    

Moving from a small local company to a national roofing contractor was a big leap forward for me.   The management of contracts, labour and resources brought with it some challenges especially managing people! 

Fortunately, I was supported and coached by our Construction Director who had followed the same development route.  Forster also have dedicated departments, whether it be fleet, PPE, customer care, purchasing or HR so there is always someone available to help.

I now successfully manage over 30 tradesman and 25 sites on a weekly basis, which is a million miles away from the jobbing work I used to complete in Fife. 

Moving to Forster was certainly the right choice; the atmosphere is always positive, despite everyone being extremely busy."
