“I’ve been part of the team for coming up for 4 years and it’s already been a really pleasurable learning experience. I came in with some accounting experience having worked in an accounts department for a small local company, but Forster gave me a real opportunity to be part of a growing business that show a genuine interest in personal growth and development.
My role involves managing the purchase ledger invoices, processing invoices, checking them against purchase orders, raising queries when required, producing cheques and processing the payment of our weekly wages.
I’ve learnt so much from the job and from the others in my department. The HR team have been really supportive and have helped me through a number of short courses relevant to my position.
The company are very family orientated and particularly understanding towards part time hours and family emergencies. They’ve recently introduced the Busy Bees child care programme which is going to be extremely helpful to me.”
