"I joined Forster in 2007 as Administrator at Forster’s regional office in Livingston. In this role I provide full administration support to the Central construction team, not surprisingly I never have two days the same!
My key responsibilities are managing our regional fleet, customer service, new starter paperwork, personal protective equipment issue and the daily issue of communications. I also minute the monthly Contracts management meetings, these are always enjoyable, each department has a 15 minute slot to provide their monthly briefing and I make sure that that all actions agreed are recorded!
If I had to describe the atmosphere at Forster’s I would say it is busy and friendly – I am never short of things to do, asides from daily jobs there are always projects to work on – nothing stays still at Forster’s for long, which is just how I like it."
