"I had seen the Forster vans on sites in my local town, it looked interesting so I applied and was really pleased to be offered an apprenticeship.
My first day on site was a shock, it was Winter and I had not realised how cold it would be! Luckily we get full PPE issue which includes a waterproof boiler suit which came in very handy.
My apprenticeship lasted four years and I split my time between College learning the theory and onsite learning the trade. I really enjoy working onsite, it’s a good laugh.
I'd recommend Forster to anyone looking to get a trade, as long as they have a head for heights!"
