Located on the north side of Aviemore this flagship environmental housing development is mixed tenure, but with a consistent design and specification for a seamless interaction between private and social housing.
Utilising Lafarge Redland roof tiles with various colours of home grown external larch boarding, and white roughcast, the "Design and Build" masterplan solution has created a very distinctive development with a unique feel in the famous Highland village.
