Roofing New Build Housing for Rent
On behalf of Link Housing Association, Gladedale undertook the construction of over 200 units for rent and appointed Forster to install the roof coverings.
Prior to appointment, we worked closely with Gladedale on specification options to satisfy Link Housing Association’s product selection criteria. Ultimately, a new large format Clay Tile called Cassius by Sandtoft Rooftiles was selected. This product was the result of significant research, development and investment into modernising Sandtoft’s expertise in producing Clay Tiles for the developer market. It was one of the first major projects that Cassius was specified on.
